The practical questions — timing, weather, colors, and how we work a Las Vegas · Henderson venue.
We primarily serve Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. We also work with out-of-state clients. Outside the Las Vegas or Henderson area? Fill out our interest form and we’ll follow up with the details.
Book as soon as the date is set. Weekends and holidays fill quickly. If the event is within 10 days, a rush fee applies so we have time to design the setup and special-order anything the look needs.
Classic uses same-size balloons in an even pattern. Organic uses mixed sizes for a fuller, custom look.
Our signature organic garland. Balloons in mixed sizes are clustered by hand so the piece looks full, soft, and custom — not lined up in a straight row. Run it along a table, mantel, stair rail, or backdrop edge. We can also hang it from the ceiling so the room feels finished from every angle — a statement guests see the moment they walk in.

Same-size balloons built in a clean, even pattern. Available as The 2 Arch and The 2 Column. Choose this when you want a uniform look.
The Two4 Garland, The 4 Arch, and The 4 Column include up to four sizes. The 2 Arch and The 2 Column use one size in an even, classic pattern.
Three colors are included in every design. Extra colors can be added.
Yes! Send inspiration photos or a palette and we’ll match as close as balloon colors allow.
Yes. Standard vinyl text is included on backdrop packages. Custom logos and extra lettering on balloons are add-ons.
Yes. We’re happy to visit the event space, take measurements, and use that to send a more accurate design mockup and quote.
Yes. A 50% deposit holds the date. The deposit is non-refundable because materials for the design are ordered once the date is booked. After the deposit is received, we send a hand-drawn mockup of the design. The remaining balance is typically due 7 days before the event. The final payment date will be listed on your quote.
Sometimes, if supplies aren’t already ordered. If you would like changes after supplies have been ordered, we may be able to accommodate the request but there would be an additional fee.
Yes. Delivery and install are 20% of the full quote.
Yes. Takedown is available on every booking. If the setup includes stands, frames, backdrops, or other props we need back, that return trip is required and listed as a takedown fee on the quote. If the setup is balloons only, you can keep them after the event, or we can come back and take them down for a fee. After-hours or next-morning pickup is priced higher than a daytime return.
Balloons and custom name signs (if applicable). Names, messages, and logos created with Cricut cannot be kept because they are stuck onto our backdrop with adhesive.
Yes, with limits. Vegas heat and wind affect balloons. We will tell you what will hold up for your time and location.
Indoor installs at a normal room temperature last multiple days. Heat, direct sun, and outdoor setups shorten that.
Send venue rules early (load-in time, insurance, no-helium, etc.). We’ll plan around them.
