Who we are
Two 4 Event Decor is a balloon studio in Las Vegas · Henderson, Nevada. This policy covers two4eventdecor.com and the interest form on it. Questions go to [email protected].
What we collect
If you send the interest form, we receive your name, email, phone number, event date and times, event type, venue, whether the setup is indoor or outdoor, color notes, the services you choose, any photos you upload, and anything else you write. We do not ask for payment information on this site.
How we use it
We use those details to reply about your event, send a quote, and plan the install. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list.
Who else sees it
The form is sent through Jotform, which stores the submission so we can read it. Jotform’s own privacy policy applies to that storage. Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn only receive a visit if you choose to open those links.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit the site and which pages they open. Google may receive an IP address, browser details, and the pages viewed. Interest-form answers are not sent to Google.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them for your event and our records. Email [email protected] if you want us to delete what you sent.
Children
This site is for adults booking an event. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
